By using VoiceComposer (a service of Rolaxit Innovation), you agree to these terms.

The service

VoiceComposer converts text you provide into synthetic speech. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Characters & payments

Paid character packs are added to your balance and do not expire. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once characters have been used.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or that impersonates a person without consent. You may not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Commercial use

Audio generated on a paid plan may be used for commercial purposes. Voices remain the property of their respective providers; you receive a license to use the generated output.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
